Where we're recruiting

You'll be doing the final sewing assembly of our soft play products in our Warrington factory. Training's provided, but we do need you to have done a similar job before.

We cut our PVC to exact dimensions and patterns, and we do it by hand. It's not a machine operator role. You'll need to measure accurately and be comfortable with scissors and scalpels. Textile experience helps, but we'll train the right person.

Our artists draw cartoon-style characters freehand on a huge scale, using PVC, paint and airbrush. It's hands-on, messy, brilliant work and very much not a desk job. Training will be given, but the ability to draw and copy freehand on a large scale is essential. Send your CV with some sample drawings.

A varied mix of picking stock, loading pallets, assembling products and other factory jobs. Forklift experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Our site teams install and maintain indoor play areas across the UK, so expect some overnight stays. A full driving licence is essential and you'll need to pass an enhanced DBS check. Experience of building sites, CSCS certification and on-site health & safety is an advantage, but full training is provided.

Our designers turn a customer's ideas, brand or local story into play environments that are fun for children, buildable in our factory and, importantly, crammed full of fun! You'll be working on everything from themed soft play to our newer interactive products. We want people who can sketch, think in three dimensions and think about how a design actually gets made. Show us your portfolio, and don't be shy about including sketchbook pages - we want to see the ideas, not just the pretty renders. We're not CAD monkeys here!

We sell to leisure centres, holiday parks, attractions and private play operators across the UK and the world. Our products are anything but off-the-shelf. You'll help us tell that story, whether that means finding and nurturing new customers, working closely with design to refine briefs, putting together proposals, supporting tradeshows and working with the social team on content that shows what makes us different. You don't need to know soft play already, but you do need to be curious, organised and good with people!

Once a design is signed off, it's your job to make sure it gets built properly and ends up in the right place at the right time. You'll work between our design, factory and site teams, planning the technical detail, solving problems as they come up and keeping projects on track from manufacturing to final handover. Experience in a manufacturing, construction or fit-out environment would be a big advantage.

Pay varies a lot across the business, depending on the role and your experience. Factory and site-based roles are paid weekly, and office-based roles are salaried. All of our office roles are office-based, not work from home. We're happy to talk about pay openly at interview.

Our office and our factory are in the same place in Warrington, so the people who design our products work alongside the people who make them. We're very proud of our British manufacturing, and we think you will be too.
