Lead Times

Please note: If you require an item for a specific date / event, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to achieve your deadline wherever possible.

For orders of item(s) in stock, your order will be dispatched within 72 hours from your order being placed. Once dispatched, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.

We do carry stock of most items available in our online shop. Some items like Ball Pool Balls may require additional lead time and are dependent on stock levels.

Please contact us before arranging your own collection from our factory - we will let you know when items are in stock / ready for collection.

You will be notified of order fulfilment and dispatch via the email address provided on your order.

Shipping

All product prices shown on the online shop exclude VAT and unless stated otherwise, will exclude delivery. Products that have free delivery will be clearly stated on the product description. If you require delivery, this cost will be calculated at the checkout stage in the ordering process.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are looking to place an international order (i.e. outside of the UK) then please contact us and we will prepare a quotation specifically for you.

Note that there are restrictions on some products due to the size - please note the stated dimensions stated on the website are approximate.

Once your products are ready for dispatch we will update the status of your order online. Depending on the size of the products in your order, we typically use a pallet delivery service. This helps ensure your item(s) arrive in the perfect condition they leave our factory.

This courier delivery service is kerbside to kerbside - so please note that the courier is under no obligation to deliver the products right to your door or to an area designated by you. Once our drivers cross the threshold of your delivery address, they are no longer insured and once the goods are unloaded from the vehicle they are no longer insured (this is the case for all couriers).

Please note: we only use the most reputable courier delivery services, but any stated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers have a 15 minute window on arriving on site to deliver the product. There may be a re-delivery charge should a failed delivery attempt take place, including instances where access is restricted.


Online Shop - Do you offer free / cheaper delivery?

Our prices are extremely competitive within the industry, we're confident nobody can beat us on price like-for-like. Unfortunately, the items we sell online are large and rather bulky. We have found the safest way to courier our products is to send them via a pallet delivery service. This helps ensure the item(s) arrive in the same perfect condition they leave our factory. We are constantly exploring new options to keep our delivery costs to an absolute minimum, however, if you are not happy with your delivery cost then please get in touch and we will ensure you are getting the most cost effective delivery price.
If you would like to arrange your own courier or collect from our factory, then please contact us and we will advise how to proceed with your online order.

Collection from our Factory

We also provide an option for customers to collect their orders from our factory in Warrington. This option allows customers to collect their order in person or they can arrange their own courier service.
