Please note: If you require an item for a specific date / event, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to achieve your deadline wherever possible.

Understanding Lead Times
At Soft Brick, we supply both:

  • Soft Play Equipment – such as shapes, panels, and structural play components.
  • Maintenance & Replacement Items – including ball pool balls, fixings, and cleaning or repair products

Each type of product has a different delivery profile based on how we handle stock and production.

Soft Play Equipment – Made to Order
Due to the size and volume of soft play equipment, most of these products are manufactured to order.
We do this because it isn’t practical to hold large quantities of these bulky items in stock.

Lead times can vary depending on workload and production scheduling.
If you need items for a specific deadline or project, please contact us before ordering – we’re always happy to advise and assist with planning.

Maintenance & Repair Products – Stocked for Faster Dispatch
We know how important it is to keep your play areas running safely and smoothly.
To support this, we carry stock of commonly needed maintenance products such as:

  • Ball pool balls & Cannon Balls
  • Netting, twine & column wrap
  • Safety Signage

These items are usually available for quicker dispatch, often within a few working days of your order being placed.

How We Ship
Your order will be dispatched using one of the following methods:

  • Parcel Courier – for smaller or lightweight items
  • Pallet Delivery – for larger or heavier orders, including most soft play equipment

Please note: pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and the delivery driver is not required to move goods inside your premises.

If your site has specific access requirements (e.g. narrow roads, limited delivery windows etc), let us know ahead of time so we can make appropriate arrangements. Note that there are restrictions on some products due to the size - please note the stated dimensions stated on the website are approximate.

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For overseas deliveries or special requirements, please get in touch for a tailored shipping quote. All product prices shown on the online shop exclude VAT and unless stated otherwise, will exclude delivery. Products that have free delivery will be clearly stated on the product description.

Please note: we only use the most reputable courier delivery services, but any stated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers have a 15 minute window on arriving on site to deliver the product. There may be a re-delivery charge should a failed delivery attempt take place, including instances where access is restricted.

We’ll keep you informed at key stages, including when your order is confirmed, ready for dispatch, and on its way.
