Update 8th June 2020

We are pleased to announce that following the easing of government restrictions, our factory and offices are now fully open - with 'keeping safe' measures in place to ensure our employee safety.

Every precaution will be taken to look after and protect our colleagues, ensuring we can deliver the same high level of service and quality products you have come to expect from Soft Brick. This includes strict social distancing measures in both on-site and off-site operations and stringent cleaning / hygiene protocols with all necessary sanitising products.

We have reviewed all our processes and will shortly be sharing more helpful information about the measures we are putting in place to ensure our customer safety as well as yours. You can also view our COVID-Secure certification by clicking here.

We will continue to monitor government recommendations and update our practices and importantly guidelines for operating safely within the indoor play market in general.

Update 1st June 2020

Recently we have seen unprecedented events in the UK regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). In light of the Governments latest directive regarding the safety of our workers, we are pleased to say that we have been able to re-open our factory and offices, with strict social-distancing measures in place. 

We are pleased to be able to offer our entire range of online products and process all web orders and web enquiries.

We will dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but please be aware that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Update 18th March 2020

During these uncertain times and rapidly changing circumstances in which we find ourselves, we want to reassure all our customers and contacts that we can continue to support you.

As a business, the health and well being of our employees, our customers and the end users of our equipment have always been our top priority. Like all businesses at this point, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following the guidance issued by the government and health authorities to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

We would like to reassure our customers that we are undertaking special measures to:

  1. Ensure the safety of all our employees - both office / factory based and on-site.
  2. Put measures in place to minimise any risk of transfer of the virus between customer sites.
  3. Maintain the supply of product and services to our customers for the foreseeable future and as long as government and health authority recommendations allow.
  4. Prioritise cleaning and enhanced hygiene services for all on-site operations - including ball pool cleaning services.

For the moment, our office and factory remain open and we’ve implemented several additional hygiene precautions, continuing to closely monitor the situation.
