Some of our customers have recently been contacted by a 3rd party offering to carry out maintenance and refurbishments on their play area. This 3rd party also suggest that Soft Brick have shared customer contact details with them:
We felt it important to address this as totally false.
Soft Brick will never pass on our customer details to any 3rd party without prior permission. As the UK's leading supplier of Indoor Play Maintenance & Refurbishment, we value all of our customers' business and as such we only use fully employed, in-house, maintenance staff and only fit soft play products supplied from our own factory.
